Printed enrolment forms are available from the school’s office or electronic versions may be downloaded from the links below. The online forms can be completed electronically, saved as a PDF document, printed for signing and returned to the school; either by scanning and emailing, by post, or in person to the school.
The enrolment process is in two parts – Enrolment Application (EA), followed by Enrolment Confirmation (EC).
