 Physical abuse refers to any non-accidental use of physical force against a student by another person that results in significant harm to the student.
Examples include but are not limited to; hitting a student, punching, biting, poisoning.
The definition of physically abusive behaviour extends to the fabrication, exaggeration and inducing of illness symptoms in a student.
